7777xc Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User", "You") and 7777xc (hereinafter "7777xc", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://7777xc.net and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 7777xc platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. 7777xc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account activity pending age verification. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method, subject to deduction of any winnings generated from underage play, which will be voided in their entirety.

To access the full range of 7777xc services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7777xc login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. 7777xc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must not share your 7777xc account credentials with any other person.

• You must notify 7777xc immediately via the support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Opening more than one account (whether in your own name or under any alias) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and devices.

7777xc is required by its licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members must complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed. KYC documents required include: a clear photograph or scanned copy of your valid CNIC, and may additionally include proof of address and source of funds documentation at the discretion of the 7777xc compliance team.

KYC verification typically completes within four (4) hours of document submission during business hours. 7777xc may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or access to game features pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Players who fail or refuse to complete KYC may have their accounts closed and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with the 7777xc Privacy Policy. Your data is never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or by the licensing authority.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by fully KYC-verified 7777xc Members. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of pending wager requirements attached to active bonus funds.

• In cases where a fraudulent deposit is detected, 7777xc will reverse the withdrawal and cooperate with relevant authorities.
• Cumulative withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and will not be reinstated.

• Odds are displayed and locked at the time a bet is placed. For in-play markets, the odds accepted are those confirmed on screen at the moment of bet submission.
• 7777xc reserves the right to void any bet placed on a match or event where the odds were published in error due to a system fault or data feed error, regardless of whether the market has settled.

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other form of financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and live dealer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors knowingly to generate winnings. Any such winnings are void.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 7777xc staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the 7777xc platform infrastructure, game servers, or RNG systems.

All content on the 7777xc platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, interface design, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7777xc or its duly licensed content providers.

No content from the 7777xc platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of 7777xc. Unauthorised use of 7777xc intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

7777xc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary: your data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations under our gaming licence, and improve the 7777xc platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777xc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7777xc platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

The 7777xc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7777xc makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7777xc's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7777xc reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations — 7777xc will provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the platform and/or via notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

Your continued use of the 7777xc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777xc holds its gaming licence.
